If you use cloudflare and have a TomatoUSB flashed router, you can update your home ip address easily by using Tomato’s Dynamic DNS feature.
First you need find out your cloudflare api key from https://www.cloudflare.com/my-account
Then go to your router admin’s basic ddns setting page.
Choose custom url service, and put
https://www.cloudflare.com/api.html?a=DIUP&ip=@IP&u=[email protected]&tkn=api_key&hosts=example.com
in the url line.
remember change the email, api_key and hosts values accordingly.
A successful update will have a “example.com OK” result msg.
